Brandon McKinney
Brandon McKinney, co-founder of MacAdams Real Estate Appraisals, LLC, has been a full-time real estate appraiser since 2011. Brandon grew up in rural Putnam County, graduated from South Putnam High School in 2004, and Purdue University in 2008. After graduating from college, Brandon began a career in real estate, first as a real estate broker, then a full-time real estate appraiser. Brandon worked for a large, prestigious real estate appraisal firm for nearly eight years before leaving to co-found MacAdams Real Estate Appraisals, LLC with friend and fellow appraiser John Adamson.
Brandon has experience appraising nearly every type of real estate, but focuses on residential real estate. Brandon is FHA certified, has ample USDA experience, and has appraised numerous complex properties, including waterfront, rural, and working farms. Brandon also has expertise in non-lending, private appraisal work for a wide array of intended uses, including: estates and estate planning, divorces, trusts, bankruptcies, bail bonds, and IRS gifting purposes.
Brandon is serious about his career, but also finds time to give back to his profession. Brandon previously served as a President of the local Board of REALTORS, as well as a director for many years. Brandon also serves his community through his memberships in many fraternal organizations.
